Return and Exchange Policy

Every Jubilee Method shirt and sweatshirt is pressed by hand after you order it, just for you. Because of that, we don't accept returns for refunds. We do want you to love what you wear, so here is how we take care of you.

Size exchanges
If your item doesn't fit, we're happy to exchange it for a different size within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. Email us at jubilee@treesalee.com with your order number and the size you need. You cover the cost of shipping the item back to us, and we'll ship your new size at no extra charge.

Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you, or issue a full refund if a replacement isn't available.

Signed books
Because every copy of The Menopause Reset is personally signed, books are final sale. If your book arrives damaged, email us within 7 days with a photo and we'll replace it.

Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. After that, your item may already be in production.
